Choreographer: Noa Avital

Show Dates: September 24th - October 11th, 2026

Show Information: Rage! Sex! Betrayal! Bloody murder! In the heat of late summer 1892, Andrew Borden and his wife are found murdered in their house. The main suspect? Andrew’s youngest daughter from a previous marriage: Lizzie Borden. This all-woman musical sets American mythology to a searing rock score – complete with riffs on the historical record – to explore the heady and heated days leading up to the historical murder and Lizzie’s controversial acquittal of all charges.

Character Descriptions: **This show will be double cast Lizzie Borden: Damaged, twisted. She can turn on a dime from fragile, broken, meek and obedient to conniving, sinister, furious and terrifying. She is a wounded animal backed into a corner, terrified but enraged. We find her at the moment she realizes she has nothing to lose. She is transformed through an act of unspeakable transgression, turning her own historical infamy into an ascension to legend. Range: High belt: F#3-F#5, belt to A5 if possible Emma Borden: The older sister, eclipsed by the younger. She must content herself by playing a motherly Lady Macbeth to Lizzie, dripping her own hatreds into Lizzie’s ears over the years, stoking the fires of Lizzie’s rage, disappearing when the deeds must be done, and suffering with guilt afterwards. Emma is a woman who has come to see that every opportunity for happiness has passed her by. She’s furious, but she’s also desperately sad. Range: Alto/mezzo belt: F#3-D5 Bridget Sullivan/Maggie: The Bordens’ Irish maid. She may be a Banshee, called to wail at the Bordens’ door. She always seems to know what is going to happen, does things one step before anyone else. She’s put upon, angry, and as resentful of the Borden sisters as she is of the parents. Bridget is the Sex Pistols rock and roll nihilist; ready to mess things up because she knows that’s the only way anything is ever going to get better. Range: Contralto/low alto: F3 with E3 pick-up/ghost-notes in one number and to Eb5 with an E5 opt. in one ad lib. Alice Russell: The Bordens’ next door neighbor. She is a luscious pear, the sensuous mother-sister-lover which is sorely lacking in Lizzie’s life. She appears to Lizzie in her greatest moments of need and attempts to lead her away from a path of destruction and toward one of love, truth, and affection. Lizzie may have true feelings of affection for her, or she may be using Alice’s feelings to build an alibi. Range: High mezzo lyric/mix/belt: G3 with F#3 pick-up/ghost notes in one number to A5 legit soprano

Show Information: Carrie White is a teenage outcast who longs to fit in. At school, she’s bullied by the popular crowd, and virtually invisible to everyone else. At home, she’s dominated by her loving but cruelly controlling mother. What none of them know is that Carrie’s just discovered she’s got a special power, and if pushed too far, she’s not afraid to use it.

Character Descriptions: Carrie White: A painfully shy outsider who, in spite of her best efforts to belong, has been the victim of her classmates' cruel jokes since childhood, as well as her mother's strict, biblically-oriented control at home. She transforms from ugly duckling into graceful – and then vengeful – swan. Vocally, she must be capable of lyrical sweetness as well as fierce power. Margaret White: A woman of visceral extremes, she balances her fervent religious convictions with equally sincere true-believer spirituality and tender, maternal love for Carrie. Like Carrie, with whom she shares several duets, her voice must range from expressive and melodic to ferocious and frightening. Sue Snell: A straight-A student who's been popular her entire life, she's remarkably level headed for her age. Her unthinking participation in a cruel act of bullying causes a crisis of conscience that leads her on a journey to try to right things. Vocally, she has a pop ballad voice that delivers sweet sincerity and strength. Tommy Ross: Popular star athlete, valedictorian, and all around stand-out, he's the boy that all the girls want to be with, and all the boys want to be. Yet he also has unexpected, quirky sensitivity and is just starting to mine his personal life and feelings – a budding poet. His voice should have an effortless pop quality. Chris Hargensen: Rich, spoiled-rotten, and wickedly funny, Chris is a popular beauty whose arrogant self-assurance makes her believe that the rules don't apply to her. Loaded with sexual dynamite, she has serious daddy issues and anger-management issues. Her voice is pop-rock percussive and powerful. Billy Nolan: Now in his sixth year in high school, Billy's a sexy, stupid-like-a-fox bad boy whose wise mouth troublemaking has led him to spend more time in detention than in class. All these qualities make it easy for his girlfriend Chris to manipulate him to do her bidding. His voice is that of a wailing rocker. Miss Lynn Gardner: Mid-30s, this girls' P.E. teacher can be a strict disciplinarian if necessary, but when Carrie arouses her maternal instinct, she surprises herself by also revealing a protective "fairy godmother" side. Her voice is warm and strong, just like the woman. Ensemble/FeaturedRoles: Mr Stephens, Reverend Bliss, Frieda, Norma, Helen, George, Stokes, Freddy, Other Kids

Show Dates: December 11th - 13th, 2026

Show Information:  Matilda has astonishing wit, intelligence... and special powers! She's unloved by her cruel parents but impresses her schoolteacher, the highly loveable Miss Honey. Matilda's school life isn't completely smooth sailing, however – the school's mean headmistress, Miss Trunchbull, hates children and just loves thinking up new punishments for those who don't abide by her rules. But Matilda has courage and cleverness in equal amounts, and could be the school pupils' saving grace!

Character Descriptions: Matilda Wormwood: The hero of the show. She’s brilliant, resilient, creative, and kind, despite growing up in difficult circumstances. Her parents treat her poorly, but Matilda escapes into a world of books, which puts her reading level far above the other children in her class, and she develops a bit of magical power in an effort to defeat Trunchbull. Gender: female Range: D5 to Bb3 Featured students: Eric, Hortensia, Alice, Tommy Gender: Any Amanda: A student at school with Matilda. Trunchbull throws her through the air using her pigtails. Gender: female Bruce: One of Matilda’s schoolmates. He has the bad luck to get caught after eating Trunchbull’s cake. Gender: male Range: F#4 to C3 Lavender: One of the kids at school with Matilda. She is kind and bright (though not as brilliant as Matilda) and quickly decides that Matilda is her best friend. Gender: female Range: D5 to C4 Nigel: One of the kids at school with Matilda. He is enthusiastic, sweet, and always in a bit of a panic. Gender: male Range: D4 to C3 Mr. Wormwood: Matilda’s father. He is egotistical, rude, and not very bright, not to mention a liar. Though Mr. Wormwood is not a good person and he is mean to Matilda, his harebrained schemes can be hilariously funny and makes a dynamic pair with Mrs. Wormwood. Gender: male Mrs. Wormwood: Matilda’s mother. Like her husband, she dislikes Matilda and does not understand why her daughter loves to read. Mrs. Wormwood is selfish, obsessed with her own appearance, and believes everything she sees on TV. Her dancing lessons with Rudolpho are the most important part of her day. Nasty and ridiculous. Gender: female Michael: Matilda’s brother. He is not very bright, though he is the apple of his father’s eye. Deadpan delivery. Gender: male Mrs. Phelps: The kindly librarian who loves hearing Matilda’s stories. Gender: female Miss Honey: A teacher at Matilda’s school. She is kind, is generous, and really cares about the children despite her own desperate circumstances. Sweet and strong. Gender: female Range: D5 to Bb3 Agatha Trunchbull: The quintessential terrifying tyrant. As headmistress, she runs her school like a dictator, making up arbitrary rules to suit her every whim and dreaming up creative punishments. Gender: female (can be played by male or female actor) Range: F#5 to C4 Ensemble/Featured Roles: Escapologist, Acrobat, Rudolpho, Sergei, Russians, Little Kids, Big Kids,Parents, The Cook, The Mechanic

She’s an extremely loveable sex kitten if not the brightest of bulbs Gender: Female Sam Wonnietski/Frank: Sam is the Bingo caller - tall, rugged, and handsome. He loves his job and takes his calling very seriously. The only thing that can distract him is Honey - the woman of his dreams. In flashbacks, he doubles as FRANK - a long-haired, hippie bingo caller from the past. Gender: Male Minnie Martinelli: Friendly bingo hall manager, she’s everyone’s favorite, cute, cuddly grandma. Although this woman could be the oldest in the group, she’s still spry and quick on her feet. She must be extremely comfortable interacting and improvising with the audience and have a good, warm energy. Gender: Female Bernice Boodalay: Super mom; genuinely sweet and cheerful. She’s the peacemaker and pie baker, and spreads sunshine wherever she goes....maybe a bit passive aggressive with her friends. Gender: Female Alison Boodalay: Bernice’s daughter - fresh faced, passionate, optimistic, perky and quirky. She is a young, comedic character woman in an ingénue’s body. Gender: Female

Show Information: Once upon a time, in a far away swamp, there lived an ogre named Shrek.  One day, Shrek finds his swamp invaded by banished fairytale misfits who have been cast off by Lord Farquaad, a tiny terror with big ambitions. When Shrek sets off with a wisecracking donkey to confront Farquaad, he's handed a task — if he rescues feisty princess Fiona, his swamp will be righted. Shrek tries to win Fiona’s love and vanquish Lord Farquaad, but a fairytale wouldn't be complete without a few twists and turns along the way.

Character Descriptions: Storytellers: Wonderful roles for performers with natural stage presence and big, clear voices. These characters are important for setting up the world and moving the story forward. Gender: Any Shrek: Our story's title character. A big, green, terrifying ogre who has spent most of his life as an outcast, living in a swamp far from civilization; crass and brutish exterior disguises a soulful, lonely heart. A reluctant hero, Shrek begins as a grumpy hermit, but eventually reveals his layers and becomes the hero. Powerful presence with great wit. A Scottish accent is a plus Gender: Male Fiona: Fiona has spent most of her life locked in a dragonguarded castle reading romantic fairy tales and waiting to be saved. Underneath lurks a smart, outspoken girl who can't help burping or launching into hand to hand combat when needed. Fiona transforms into an ogre every night when the sun sets. Quirky, blunt and multitalented, she is not an ordinary princess Gender: Female Teen Fiona: Now a teenager, Fiona has been trapped in the tower for a few years and has angst about not yet being rescued. Gender: Female Young Fiona: A bright little girl only recently locked in a tower, who passes her time reading fairy tales about being rescued by a handsome and charming prince. She is innocent and optimistic Gender: Female Lord Farquaad: The comically short, ruthless ruler of Duloc. A pompous, power-hungry little villain with a raging Napoleon complex and intense dislike of all fairytale creatures. Sets out to take a beautiful princess as his bride in order to claim himself a kingly throne. Self-absorbed, lonely and cruel. Gender: Male Donkey: Shrek's self appointed side-kick. A talking donkey who joins Shrek on his epic adventure. Quite the chatterbox, he is not deterred by Shrek's looks and practically forces himself into his good graces. While easily frightened and pushy, Donkey has optimism and heart, charm and wit. Donkey is a bright-eyed motormouth whose eagerness and quick wit barely disguise his desperate need for a friend and to be liked. Gender: Male Dragon: A dragon that has been charged with guarding Princess Fiona in her isolated castle. She eventually falls in love with Donkey and attempts to keep him forever. Imposing and flirtatious, but tired of her job as a glorified baby-sitter. Gender: Female Mama Ogre: Shrek’s mother, in a dynamic duo with Papa Ogre. Gender: Female Papa Ogre: Shrek’s father, in a dynamic duo with Mama Ogre. Gender: Male Little Ogre: Baby Shrek, opens the show with Mama Ogre and Papa Ogre. Usually portrayed by the same actor as Baby Bear. Gender: Any Pinocchio: The leader of the Fairytale Creatures. He is banished to Shrek's swamp along with the other fairy tale creatures by Lord Farquaad. An animated puppet whose nose grows every time he lies. Plenty of sass with a penchant for lying. Gender: Male The Three Little Pigs: Pig 1, Pig 2 And Pig 3. The classic three little pigs with a German twist. Gender: Any Ugly Duckling: He may be bitter about his unfortunate appearance, but he does find camaraderie among his fellow fairy tale outcasts. Gender: Any The Three Bears: Mama Bear, Papa Bear, and Baby Bear. Gender: Any Gingy: A great cameo role for a young performer who is as earnest as can be. Gingy is based on the Gingerbread Man who runs away like a fugitive from his baking captors. Gender: Any Ensemble Roles: The Guards, Duloc Performers, Puss in Boots, Rooster, Pied Piper, Sugar Plum Fairy, Knights, Peter Pan, Captain of the Guards, Dwarf, Wicked Witch, Big Bad Wolf. Ensemble roles like Birds, Trees, Deer, Woodland Creatures and Fairy Tale Creatures Gender: Any

Show Dates: May 13th - 23rd, 2027

Show Information: A troubled young parolee yearning for a fresh start follows her dreams to Wisconsin, based on a page from an old travel book, only to find a small town with a gritty heart aching with longing and regret. Unexpectedly discovering the healing power of community while working at the Spitfire Grill, Percy reawakens the entire town’s capacity for rebirth, forgiveness and hope. Set to a melodic folk-inspired score, The Spitfire Grill is a joyous celebration of human kindness.

Character Descriptions: Percy Talbott: Early 20s. Pretty, if a bit rough-edged, her face declares the strength of her youth and a sadness beyond her years. Her accent has a southern Appalachian cadence. Hannah Ferguson: About 70. A tough-skinned and flinty old bird with a short, no-nonsense manner bordering on the bitter. Shelby Thorpe: Mid-30s. A plain, soft-faced creature with a shy, almost ethereal manner. Caleb Thorpe: Early 40s. Out-of-work foreman of the stone quarry. A frustrated working man clinging to the past. Sheriff Joe Sutter: Mid-late 20s. A young small-town policeman with an appealing intensity and a restless nature. Effy Krayneck: 50s. Postmistress and busybody, a woman with narrow eyes and a sour tongue The Visitor: Mid-40s. A mysterious figure who never speaks. An actor with powerful eyes and a very strong sense of his body. Note: All characters (besides Percy) speak in “standard Midwestern” speech, without “countrified” intonations.

Show Dates: June 10th - 13th, 2027

Show Information: From Tony winners Terrence McNally, Stephen Flaherty and Lynn Ahrens, creators of such Broadway classics as Ragtime and Once On This Island, this dazzling show transports its audience from the twilight of the Russian Empire to the euphoria of Paris in the 1920s, as a brave young woman sets out to discover the mystery of her past. Pursued by a ruthless Soviet officer determined to silence her, Anya enlists the aid of a dashing conman and a lovable ex-aristocrat. Together, they embark on an epic adventure to help her find home, love and family.

Character Descriptions: Anya/Grand Duchess Anastasia Nikolaevna Romanov: Anya is brave, fiery, witty, and above all: determined. With no memory of her life before age 17 and having lived through the horrors of the Russian Revolution, Anya jumps at the sound of gunshots and is distrustful of strangers, but there is steel hiding just beneath the surface. Anya is strong-willed and compassionate. Her mantra, “Home, love, family” is her goal. All she knows is her family is in Paris and she will find them however she can. Dmitry Sudayev: Dmitry is a scoundrel with a heart of gold. A street rat who grew into a conman, Dima does all he does to get out of poverty and is not above lying, cheating, and stealing to do so–that is until he meets Anya. What starts as just another scheme (albeit much bigger than anything he’s tried to pull off before) turns into the adventure of a lifetime that requires Dmitry to look inward and figure out how to put the one he loves before himself Vladimir “Vlad” Popov: Vlad is Dmitry’s partner in crime (literally) and surrogate father. Before the revolution he scammed his way through society pretending to be a count. Vlad is dramatic, crafty, and a big softie at heart. While he, like Dmitry, is not above lying, cheating, and stealing, he cares greatly for his loved ones and is generally affable, though he can be calculating when he needs to be. Deputy Commissioner Gleb Vaganov: Gleb is the villain of the show, though not a bad person. He fully believes in the Communist ideals he follows. Loyal, honest, and hard working, Gleb almost has the potential to be a hero (he’s very much the hero of his own story). A deeply conflicted person, Gleb’s infatuation (and borderline obsession) with Anya leads to his battle with the idea of doing one’s duty vs. doing what is right. Countess Lily Malevsky-Malevitch: Lily is the lady in waiting to the Dowager Empress. She has been by the Dowager’s side since before the revolution. Lily is clever, dutiful, and above all fun (when not working for the Dowager). She deals with her exile from Russia with a sort of resigned dark humor and drinking. She and Vlad were once an item (unbeknownst to her oblivious husband) and rekindle their romance upon re-uniting. Dowager Empress Maria Feodorovna Romanov: The Dowager Empress has lost everything she once held dear and must now put up with imposter upon imposter never allowing her to grieve in peace. She is icy, proud, and regal (not to mention intimidating) to all but her family. Though, she does have a very sharp wit. She is especially warm with Anastasia both when a child and after it’s revealed that Anya really is the princess. She commands authority and attention the minute she enters a room. Young Anastasia: Young Anastasia is the willful, brave, proud, and precocious youngest daughter of the Tsar. She has a special bond with her grandmother (whom she calls Nana). Alexei: Alexei was the Tsarevich (Heir to the throne) and only boy of the Romanov siblings. He suffered from debilitating hemophilia that often left him bed-ridden. Anya mentions that he was her best friend. Featured Roles: Olga, Tatiana, Mariya, Paulina, Dunya, Marfa, Odette and Swans (Ballet dancers), Teen Anya, Gorlinsky, Leopold, Tsarina Alexandria, Countess Gregory, Tsar Nicholas II, Count Ipolitov, Siegfried, Sergei, Von Rothbart Ensemble: Townsfolk, Royal Servants, Bolshevik Officers and Soldiers, Parisians, Reporters, Aristocrats, and Drunkards

Cast an actor who reads as older onstage, and can encompass both the Dowager Empress’s regal bearing but also her deep grief as losing her family. Tsar Nicholas II: Not quite as serious as his mother The Dowager Empress, especially with his young daughter Anastasia. Tsarina Alexandria Fyodorovna: Anastasia’s mother. She always carries herself with a regal presence. This character continues to make many appearances throughout the show in dreams and memories Gleb Vaganov: The Soviet officer with a softer side who is tasked with locating Anya.
